Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1/4 cup Quinoa flakes
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Blackberries
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk

Method

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. Serve!

  • Quinoa smoothie. Curious to taste this.

  • What a tasty and healthy way to start the day. I’d love to add a little honey to it, and maybe a small spoonful of chia seeds as well. I guess you could use almost any fruit that takes your fancy.
