Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 200gm diced salmon
  • 150gm chopped spinach
  • 1 egg white
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Steam and salmon and spinach. Set aside.
  2. In a pan, scramble egg white. When it is done, throw in salmon and spinach and stir for a few minutes.
  3. Serve with lemon juice :) Season with salt and pepper as per liking.
