Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 Crayfish.
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • pinch cracked pepper and salt.

Method

  1. Get a pot big enough for your cray. Add everything except cray to pot of water. Bring pot of water to the boil.
  2. add cray to boiling water. Return to boil then take out after 5 to 6 minutes and enjoy.

Notes

Nice way to Cook cray fish.
