  • 1 packet fettuccine pasta
  • 1 jar alfredo sauce
  • 500 gm medium scallops
  • 1 small tin of champignon mushrooms, sliced
  • olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • Parmesan cheese


  1. Cook fettuccine according to packet directions.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, heat oil and saute garlic, don't burn the garlic. Add in the scallops saute for 2 minutes, then add in the drained mushrooms, saute for 3 minutes.
  3. Pour in the alfredo sauce. Season it with Italian seasoning. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes
