Simple spag bol with added veggies, quick, easy and nutritional.


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 500g Mince
  • 4 cups Mixed Vegetables
  • 200g Pasta

Method

  1. Brown the mince.
  2. Begin to boil pasta.
  3. Add veggies to mince and cook for 10 mins.
  4. Add sauce and allow to simmer then serve with pasta and enjoy.
