A quick and easy salmon dip


  • 250gm smoked salmon slices
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lime juice


  1. Dice red onion and salmon in a food processor untill salmon is almost mousse like
  2. In bowl combine salmon mix with sour cream, add lemon and lime juice and mix untill well combined
  3. Cover with cling wrap and put in fridge untill just befor ready to serve.
  4. Can also serve as a canape just spoon tsp ontop of a cucumber round .
