Put some sultana on the top before steam ( optional )
Ingredients (makes 1 Cake)
- 180 gr Purple Sweet potato, peeled, cut into small pieces, steamed and mashed
- 200 gr Flour
- 1 1/2 tbs Rice Flour
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 250 ml Water and pinch of salt
- Mix well in a bowl mashed potatoes, rice flour and flour, add salt, coconut milk and water.
- Pour into saucepan over low heat and stir until slightly warm. And then pour the batter into a greased baking pan, steam for about 30 minutes. Let cool and slice. Enjoy.
