Great for breakfast or an afternoon snack!

Ingredients (serves 1 | makes 1 Serve)

  • 3/4 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Pea Protein
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Cream
  • 3/4 Cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/4 Avocado


  1. Place all ingredients into a high speed lender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Notes... This tastes like a strawberry thick shake !!!

    • oh i did read how you mentioned that it would taste like a strawberry shake and i think that i will try it for myself. Hopefully my kids will love it and not realise just how healthy it actually is lol
