STRAWBERRY CHEESE TRIFLE

7 Ingredients

Ingredients (serves 10)

2 pkts Softened Cream Cheese
2 tblspns white sugar
1/2 tspn Vanilla
600ml Cream - Whipped
1 Butter Cake - torn up into pieces
2 Punnets Strawberries cut into quaters
1 pkt Strawberry jelly

Method

Whip Cream, Sugar and Vanilla until light and fluffy
Layer jelly, strawberries, cake and cream. Then top with Strawberries.

I’d never thought about adding cream cheese to a trifle, but can’t wait to try this in Summer. Looks scrumptious.

Trifle is my major weakness. I make it every Christmas. This looks a little healthier than mine so may be a non- christmas onE? 🙂
