Ingredients (serves 10)
- 2 pkts Softened Cream Cheese
- 2 tblspns white sugar
- 1/2 tspn Vanilla
- 600ml Cream - Whipped
- 1 Butter Cake - torn up into pieces
- 2 Punnets Strawberries cut into quaters
- 1 pkt Strawberry jelly
Method
- Whip Cream, Sugar and Vanilla until light and fluffy
- Layer jelly, strawberries, cake and cream. Then top with Strawberries.
