Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1 punnet Strawberries
  • 1 Banana frozen, also sliced Banana
  • 250 mls Chilled Almond Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • tiny piece finely grated fresh Ginger
  • pashionfruit

Method

  1. Place 6 strawberries, chopped frozen banana, chilled almond milk, honey and ginger into blender.
  2. Blend on high until all ingredients are mixed through.
  3. Place mixture in bowl, add sliced banana, sliced strawberries and muesli. Decorate serving board with passionfruit and nuts.

  • Yummee. I’ve just discovered smoothie bowls and love them. I eat them anytime of the day and change the toppings regularly with granola, strawberries and chia seeds being my favorite at the moment.

  • very nice. I shall try the seeds and nuts that you have on top instead of the museli…. looks wonderful (no museil in ingredients though.. but I think that is what you said goes on top!)
