Variety of different toppings you can choose from to make your very own pizza


Ingredients (makes 1 pizza)

  • 1 flour tortilla
  • 2 tablespoons herb and garlic tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon finely sliced onion
  • 1/2 cup grated pizza cheese
  • HAM & PINEAPPLE
  • 1 slice ham, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pineapple pieces
  • CHICKEN & MUSHROOM
  • 1/2 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 medium mushroom, finely sliced
  • TOMATO, CAPSICUM, PINEAPPLE & MUSHROOM
  • 3 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 small red capsicum, seeded, finely sliced
  • 1/2 cup pineapple pieces
  • 1 medium mushroom, finely sliced

Method

  1. Preheat oven to very hot, 220C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the tortilla on the prepared tray and spread with tomato paste.
  2. Sprinkle tortilla with onion, then cover with toppings of your choice, finishing with the cheese.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until pizza base is crisp and cheese is golden. Serve cut into wedges.

Notes

Tip You could also use sliced baguette, small pita pockets or pastry rounds as the base for your pizza.
