Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 mandarin's

Method

  1. Jucie the oranges pineapple and mandarin's. Then add to a large glass.
  2. Add water lemon jucie and sugar . And mix and serve.
  3. This is a great breakfast idea. And a great start to the day.

Notes

You can also put in to iceblock containers and freeze to make yummy iceblocks. Great for summer.
