Ingredients (serves 12)
- 6 eggs
- 1 tin 95gm tuna in brine
- 1 cup Frozen mixed vegetables
- 100gm Fetta cheese
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs and add pepper.
- Drain tuna and add into the egg mix. Continue to mix while adding vegetables and fetta cheese.
- Pour batter in muffin pan and bake for 15 minutes on 200C.
