You can also make this with other fruits such as kiwifruits or rockmelon.


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 4 cups Chopped Watermelon
  • 1/4 cup Sugar

Method

  1. Pour watermelon and sugar in a blender. process to a puree. Pour into stainless steel bowl and freeze for at least 1,5 hours.
  2. To serve, scrape with fork to make an icy treat. Serve in glasses or a small bowl.
