SPC understands that getting kids to eat their daily dose of vegetables can be a dinner table battleground for mums.

Helping to make life easier for mums and mealtime delicious for fussy kids, SPC has launched its new Sneaky Veg range of baked beans and spaghetti.

Every 220g can has at least one serve of veg that can’t be seen so kids can enjoy a tasty meal they love as well as getting the nutrition that they need. In fact, SPC baked beans includes 2.7 serves of vegetables in every can and the SPC Spag-A-stralia includes 1.3 serves in every can*.

The SPC Sneaky Veg range is a source of protein and fibre and has the added benefits of being low in sugar, low in salt and 99% fat free. There are no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

The SPC Sneaky Veg range for happy little human beings comes in a four pack of 220g cans and includes:

  • Great sneaky veg

    My son is a great eater but I sometimes have an issue getting him to eat veggies. He loves baked beans with toast for breakfast on weekends so when I found the sneaky veg baked beans I figured I’d give it a shot. For a child who fusses over veggies, he has no idea that they are in his beans because he eats every last drop. He loves them! Success!

  • My kids enjoy eating all vegetables so I don’t need to hide them in their food. But In saying that this is a great way to get children that straight up refuse to eat veggies to enjoy them. My kids love spc spaghetti and baked beans and the vegetables in it are just that little added extra.

    SPC Sneaky Veg-Spag-a-Stralia has quickly become a firm favourite in our house. It has been requested and eaten and I will need to go to the grocery store to buy some more for the hungry tummies in this house. Delighted with this product and happy to have a food on hand that is healthy and enjoyed too!

  • SPC Sneaky and Nice!

    After reading reviews on Mom’s by members; I decided to buy and try SPC Sneaky Veg-Spag-a-Stralia. I easily found it at my local grocery store and was happy with the price and bought a pack to trial. Everyone in the house had a bowl and the verdict is “yummy!” Delighted with this product.

  • Fun for kids!

    The kids were all excited about trying something new. They loved the shapes, it was a real novelty. Meanwhile it took the pressure off me as I knew there was plenty of nutrition in the hidden veg. The taste was great also, well it must have been or my two year old would have thrown it on the floor! I’d definitely buy these again and recommend to my friends.

  • Hidden but not in name

    My son thought the spaghetti was delicious and like the fact that it is easier to eat than spaghetti. He did however notice the large label when it arrived and was concerned about the sneaky veg. I think they could hide this on the label better with smaller writing. After being encouraged to eat it though he was happy with the taste and texture and said he would happily eat it again.

    My kids loved it, didnt notice the veges and asked me to buy more. It will be a regular in my shopping basket from now on. Just the perfect size for a quick snack

  • Quick easy healthy and My kids LOVE IT

    Decided to try the new SPC sneaky veg spag-a-stralia with my 3 year old son for lunch we got it all ready so easy may I add pull back ring pull lid empty in a bowl and heat!!
    Had him sitting at the bench ready I thought I’d take a few pics for review well he let me take 2 pics them said “that’s enough photos mummy this is yummy and I want it all now”
    That’s speaks for it self in a review !

  • sneaky but tasty and delightful

    I gave this to my daughter she had no idea what was hidden in it till I told her at the end after she had ate it all how she liked it. She said it was *yummy* so there you go parents its not just any spagetti its full of vegies too which are good for you

  • Great taste better than other tin pasta

    My 2 little kids liked the taste and ate all of it. They are both very fussy eaters and won’t eat vegies. I know they are getting some vegies when they eat this pasta.

  • Sneaky way to add vegetables

    The kids really enjoyed their SPC sneaky veg spaghetti and didn’t pick up anything different in regards to the taste. This product is good for those parents who are trying to include more veg in their child’s diet. Would like it if the SPC sneaky veg came in bigger cans as my kids usually demolish the 4 pack snacks in one sitting.

  • why I love spc sneaky veg?

    Spc sneaky veg spaghetti was great for my kids as theyre fussy. I really liked the taste of this and the kids did too. Its a great way to get children to eat their fruit and vegetables because they dont know its there. Ive switched my spaghetti from regular to hidden veg ever since. Highly recommend this product for parents with fussy eaters and for those that just want a change in their pantry.

  • yummy all around

    SPC Spag-a-stralia Tomato and cheese with sneaky vegetable and SPC Numberghetti Tomato and cheese with sneaky vegetable was a very big hit in our house, my three kids just love them and one tin someone times was enough they had to had 2 the taste was very nice and they didnt know that there was in sneaky vegs in there thanx SPC for this great meal

  • Very sneaky but we loved it

    I think I have the worlds fussiest eaters at my place, so when I gave them SPC spag with hidden vege’s I honestly thought they would turn those nose up and not eat. Boy was I in for a surprise the demolished the spag on toast and was told “that was awesome, can we have that again”. I haven’t mentioned the words hidden vege’s so I think that works in my favour but if they love it and its good for them, then I have no problems stocking my pantry with a few cans.

  • Yay for less salt and sugar!

    I was lucky enough to trial SPC’s Spag-A-Stralia Assie Pasta Shapes with Sneaky Veg in Tomato and Cheese flavour. I was happy to discover the product had a lot less salt / sodium and sugar than previous products and that the flavour was light and not overpowering. The kids had alot of fun playing with the shapes (guessing games) and it was enjoyed overall. I think I’ll be trying this at work to get a little extra vegies snuck into my day as well!

  • Fussy eater

    With a fussy eater i purchased this to give it a try so glad I did because it gives me an alternative to try when my daughter won’t eat, she is already a petite little thing so I really worry about her not eating, this makes the worry a little less stressful.

    My daughter didn’t leave anything in her bowl so must be good

  • so handy

    my little man is obsessed with tin speghetti but i have never liked giving it to him because of the preservatives and high salt intake but i was more then happy to serve this up to him, and the sneaky vegetables are such a plus as he is not a fan of veggies! cheap and good portion size for toddlers as well, he even takes one to his nans house when she baby sits he loves them that much 🙂

  • Fantastic product!

    My son absolutely loves the SPC ‘Sneaky Veg’ Baked Beans and Spaghetti. I seen them in the supermarket a few weeks ago so bought some to try. My son loved the flavour of them and has devoured every bowl of this product that I have given to him with no fuss at all. Best of all its an easy way to get in some extra vegies as he’s kinda picky with eating veggies so its a win-win for all. Definitely a fantastic product!

  • absolute life saver for my toddler when hes sick/fussy

    Couldn’t recommend this enough to friends and family!! When my toddler is not well or being very fussy i now have a not so bad for you go to food that he will actually eat, and he has no idea its actually got goodness in it! I love the Australia shapes & the numbers, I think dinosaurs and alphabet with hidden veg would be good too. these are now a staple in our house. I buy the baked beans for myself and make toasties for an easy and quick meal.

  • Great products for fussy eaters

    I think this would be a great pantry staple o have on hand for those times when your fussy eater just wont eat vegetables!
    The flavour and texture was enjoyed and they were asked for at our next shopping trip! A great easy quick , convenient meal we will keep on hand from now on, thank you MoMs and SPC

  • Grandkids choose their meals at Grandma's

    I have a selection of SPC sneaky veg in the pantry & I allow my grandkids to choose which one they like. They eat them heated on toast & sometimes in a jaffle.

  • SPC sneaky veg

    My kids had no idea, what so ever, that there was vegies in it, even after They ate it, when I told them, they still would not belive it, untill they read the can. But they all said that they want it again. I wanted a taste, but the kids devoured it, in seconds.

  • Great for kids!

    My kids loved it and I liked the taste as well. Despite being reduced salt and sugar, I still found it too sweet and salty. It would be better with no added sugar or salt in my opinion. I loved the serving size though and the convenience of my kids being able to take it as a school lunch. For kids that have trouble eating vegies, this is a great idea to hide them in everyday products.

  • The SPC Baked Beans - A Hit‏

    Since trying the SPC Spag-a-stralia Tomato and cheese with sneaky vegetable which was reasonably well received by my kids I thought I’d try the Baked Beans. I love that it contains 2.7 serves of veg & the kids really liked it. It made for a quick & nutritious vegetarian meal & I served it with a jacket potato & sprinkled with cheese. I will be using this more often.

  • The kids woofed it down!

    I liked this product and so did the kids. They woofed it down and didn’t notice anything different compared to the usual spaghetti they eat. It is a bit more expensive to ‘normal’ spaghetti but worth it to know that an extra serve of veggies has been added. The only thing I would like is to be able to buy it in a 425 gram tin.

  • Sneaky Veg!

    My 5 year old son tried this. he is use to spag-asaurus, so I bought this one day andhe loved that he was waiting parts of Australia and I never had to mention he was eating vegetables! every time he visits his 4 year old cousin, he tells him to buy some and try it too haha so hilarious!

  • Great idea for kids who wont eat their veggies.

    My son liked this product. I think its such a good idea esp for kids like mine who wont touch veggies! Cant really find anything wrong with this product 🙂
