Not really something I’ve ever thought about. Not sure they would be any good for me because I don’t like anything heavy on me when I’m trying to sleep

I have one weighted blanket fot my insomnia problem. Still unsure. Very heavy.

  My oma had one very heavy one and I remember as a kid I felt I could hardly move or turn around and found it kind of suffocating
