Very evocative! If your daughter enjoys writing, perhaps she’d like to try something called NaNoWriMo – National Novel Writing Month. It’s held every November, and although I’m not sure if it has a ‘junior’ section, the aim for adult writers is to write 50,000 words over the course of the month of November.
