10 th of June. 2014. Playing lawn bowls not feeling crash hot my left hip is really hurting ..
Finally I bend to delivery my bowl I cannot get up . That’s it my hip has given out ..
I,m so embrassed in front of 126 other woman. I am carted of in a ambulance ..
Great ,I arrive at the hospital they X-ray me .. The dr says your hip has had it and the other one is not much better .. Yes I know .. My husband calls my dr and tells him where I am .. The hospital give me a cortisone in the hip ouch that hurt .. Anyway ha ha I,m limping but I am up on two feet .. Go home and rest .. Next day back to my dr .. Okay you need this operation now .. Okay I consent but both hips ..
So on the 23 rd of June 2014 I had a double hip replacement . At Sydney private att Ashfield ..
Wow I was up the next day on this huge walking frame I felt good..
3 days later I went down to rehab .. Omg the place was the worst place I have ever been in my life the food was horrid the nurse rude the cleaning staff rude .. No one cared of a night they turned the heating of to save power .. Yuk yuk yuk .., after 12 days I,m going home not staying the extra days no way enough is enough..
25 sep. My left knee is a total replacement. Omg now that hurts most painful thing I have done in my life and I have had twins by C section … Omg will someone shoot me please .. No do not touch the bed it hurts .. Omg. I want to die please some one anyone shoot me…. I had this done at Strathfield private. It was beautiful meals nurses dr everything. Then to Alwyn at strathfield for rehab .. Omg it was like a resort beautiful caring meals beautiful gym modern hydro pool warm. Yep loved it there for 14 days. 27 nov my other knee full replacement .. Yes it hurt but no where near as bad as the other one… Strathfield private back to rehab. .. 6 th dec in rehab. My mother dies ..there is no way I can do the trip no way in the world two hips now two knees not doing a trip to the vic boarder … So I,m upset .. 11 dec we move house i,m still in rehab just been told I have a clot … So we are moving house from Greenacre to campbeltown tree bedrooms going into two. .. Hubby has it under control. Yeah right that’s what scares me… Move done… 17 th dec I come home to my new home feels very strange .. Now I need to start to unpack slowly .. 20 dec christmas… Life is good but busy I,m doing hydro four days a week gym three days a week dr one day a week . Now we are in March. And this is my routine ,,my life seams to be getting away. But for some reason I still have a bloody sore knee …it’s not mending as it should even though I have done everything right…I had a sore right ankle it swelled up I go off to the dr he sends me for X-ray and a ultra sound great there is a issue there now off to the now off to the dr for my ankle.. Wow another 190 dollars so far I have had two hips two knees full replaced now he is saying I need a operation on my ankle in a space boot for 8 weeks then back to the gym go for another three months … Omg someone please please shoot me ..
The ankle is a mess . Had it up for two weeks put on two kilo,s ..I have been no where done nothing. Not even till today really touch my PC .. I,mover myself I really am .. I had my hair done yesterday first time in six months bought a new outfit felt beautiful .. Now I,m going back into hospital. Omg omg omg
