I'm excitedly waiting for my next period!

So I’ve hated getting my period for the past 20 years.. One week out of four I would feel horrible and hate having to use pads, getting PMS and generally feeling crap! I have to say, I am actually looking forward to getting my next period!
Why? You may ask…
I bought my first two menstrual cups online and they have arrived!
OK.. So it may not be that exciting but it surely sounds like it can save a lot of toilet trips and mummy nappy changes!
Maybe I’m getting excited over nothing and maybe I’ll be majorly disappointed after the first couple of days.. But at least for once, I can say I’m looking forward to my next period just so I could try this little cup!!!

I’ve hated my periods since forever too. Mostly the pain but also the inconvenience. Why haven’t you tried tampons? They’re better then pads. I would love to hear how you went with the cups, please keep us updated, give a product review lol

I Have heard of them but never used one. I would be intrested to hear from someone thats actually used one if they work,or leak and how often they need changing etc.

Can’t say I’ve ever looked forward to my period – I don’t hate them, but they’re never convenient.

Oh, nice. One friend of mine uses them and she loves them. I never got to try them though. Are they expensive?

I saw those just a few weeks back online. I had never heard of them before, definitely post a story once you have tried it, I would like to know what they are like for myself and whether I should go that route…
