have you ever lost someone you loved the most?
i have…
she’s the most amazing woman for me
people always tell me not to grieve anymore
she’s in heaven now
let her rest in peace
but how could you do that?
out of the blue i still remember about the hospital, how she looked like before she passed away etc

  • They say you die 3 times. When your body quits, when your soul is released and when people stop speaking your name. Remember your lost loved ones by making sure they’re never forgotten, keep talking about them

  • Grieving is a journey. And just because someone has passed away, doesn’t mean you have to forget them! Occasionally thinking about them and remembering can be a good thing and it’s only human to do so.

  • Grieving is an process that is up to the individual no one has the right to tell someone when they should stop or how they should grieve. I understand that people get worried when it seems to continue for large periods of time but other than being a form of support to the person or seeing if there a ways to help the person work through their grief that should be the sum total of their input on the matter.

  • To loose an important person in your life is the saddest thing you will ever go through, but in time your grief turns into remembering the happy memories you shared. They will always be with you in your thoughts.

    • It is one of the hardest times in life and honouring and cherishing those special memories is important.

  • Very sorry for your loss…. take your time, and don’t let anyone tell you how to grieve. The process is different for all of us. In time, their memories will bring you smiles again.

  • It’s not easy at all. A lot of time will pass before you will be able to think about her and just smile, remembering the good times that you spent together. Now your mind is still full of different images. I’m sorry for your loss.
