How amazing. What an inspiring journey. My cousin used her last embryo last year, the others had failed, and gave birth to a beautiful little boy just before Xmas.

Similar thing happened with my sister. 7 years between baby 1 and baby 2. Doctor said to GO HOME AND STOP TRYING. she did and she fell pregnant pretty much straight away. And then again 2 years later. The brain is an amazing thing.

That’s fabulous to read about. Congratulations. My husband and I went through 6 years of years, ivf attempts, procedures, appointments, etc etc. Emotionally and financially spent I decided to stop and take some time out for a few months. We went on a short holiday, I changed fertility doctor, underwent one more procedure and my following implantation worked. We now have one happy healthy almost 2 year old boy and I can’t imagine life without him. Thanks for sharing

I feel for your daughter _re post underneath_ i also lost a baby after 4 attempt of ivf its so hard but having 2 now make thing easier. I hope she is succesful with her second child

congrats to you both My Daughter has to do Ivf and has been doing it since 2007 sh has a 4 year old 2 babys born with there angel wings and is about to under go another egg pick up to go again but she has no choice as her hubby is infertile. It is very hard to watch let alone go through all the injections and hormones and meds as well as heart break, Her first born was Cody and he was perfect in every way just he dies with in 20 hours of being born as I feel alot of hospitals need more education in ivf babies as she has embryo’s implanted so full term is shorter than normal. It was so hard to watch her give birth and leave with nothing but a rug than to arrange his funeral. So I am sooooo happy for you that you got your family
