  • Yes, there are times it can feel like everything is against you. Please talk to your GP – she may be able to suggest some ways to help you.

  • I agree small positive changes can make a big difference!
Might not seem like much but even writing out some inspirational quotes and putting them on your fridge or places you’ll see them is a good start. :)

  • Keep trying to be positive. Sometimes we all go through a bad patch where everything seems to go wrong. Is there a friend you can start walking with, or meeting for coffee occasionally? Little changes can make a big difference and I hope you feel better soon.

    • When I’m going through a bad patch, I look for little things, like a blue sky, a favourite book or pretty flowers to give me a little lift.

  • I hope you do get some help as there are lots of places out there to find it. My son had a failed relationship a few years ago & because of his shift work couldn’t get out & about to meet people so he went online & meet his partner. They are now engaged & have a child that has brought so much joy to their lives.

  • I am so sorry to hear this! :( Please seek some support; maybe a counsellor to talk with about your feelings. Thinking of you and sending positive thoughts your way. :)
