My daughter is 8 years old and does 2 hours of cheerleading a week and an hour of swimming. I’ve found that she’s become a much more confident person and she easily gets her home work done but I wonder if she’s doing to much.

  • good on her, sounds good to me


  • Physical activity is good and as long as she is not too tired and keeping up with her studies; all good.


  • the story is exellent


  • If she’s enjoying what she’s doing and it’s building her confidence, then go for it.


  • If that’s 3 hours a week you mean – that sounds quite reasonable. If it’s getting too much perhaps the night before you could send her to bed a little earlier and give her some extra energy packed healthy foods.


  • If she is keeping up well and on track she is ok :)


  • she will be fine .,


  • It sounds like alot, but is shes enjoys it then its good
