while I am glad there is a recall on faulty products I don’t understand how they pass all the tests to be on sale in the first place

Little ones safety is top priority

These recalls are sometimes on TV approx a fortnight before they appear on this page. I know somebody who bought a product and had returned it on recall a week before it appeared on MOM. This particular person only goes shopping once a fortnight

I love their organic products got a few before. It’s a shame this one is faulty.
