it would be great if kids were taught the first aid course at school. Get the knowledge out there to help make more capable citizens

What a great idea! we all do the first aid thing but then forget that sometimes we’re the ones who need it!

Have immediately shared this as a couple of weeks ago when my mum was babysitting my son, she passed out. We are now making sure he understands when and how to ring 000 and what information to give them. Teaching him this also would be really beneficial. I think knowing what they are to do, will really help a child in an emergency situation such as this.
