Love this list! Names that I wouldn’t personally use but enjoyed reading them.

Bonnie, really. That is a lovely name and a name that suits all times! I’m surprised at that one.

I’ve still seen the name Gus used. I thought it was actually one of the more common names used in recent history for boys.

I still hear these names. I’m sure there are cycles when it comes to names.

Funny enough I know quite a lot of people with this names, they sure aren’t extend yet. Personally I prefer names that aren’t common.

Awww my grandma is called Bennie and so is one of my friends. I like it 🙂

I really don’t believe (now what’s the word I am looking for …oh lets say common) common names will ever be extinct, as some folk actually do family trees/family history and name their children after ancestors. Maybe real way-out names may flounder but I have no problems with any of the above names.

lol i haven’t heard any of these names for kids in a long time. people like to express their uniqueness through their child much more these days. my child goes to school with a Khalessi (game of thrones character name)

Names are such funny things. How they can stir up so many emotions.

They are very old fashioned names!

I don’t really think the world will suffer for having a few less Berthas and Bertrams.

Names go in and out of style like many things. Embrace and own your name. 🙂

Oh! My sister-in-law is actually called Anita and she hates that name!!! 🙂

    She doesn’t like it a ll. And she has now asked people to start calling her “Bo” instead! 🙂
