One of our favourite couples from The Block has welcomed their first little bundle of joy, with Sarah and George revealing their son arrived two weeks early.

Sarah and George starred in the 2020 season of The Block, bagging $650,002 in profit after their house sold at auction. Sarah shared some sweet baby snaps on Instagram to announce the arrival of her little boy, Leonardo Bragias.

“Leo, you have filled a place in our hearts that we never knew was empty,” Sarah wrote. “You are the greatest and most amazing thing that has ever happened to us. Although our eyes are heavy and our brains are foggy, we love you so incredibly much.

“Leo was born on the 6th February at 9:20pm. He arrived naturally two weeks earlier than expected. He was ready to meet us. We’re doing well, but we’re still finding our feet and navigating this crazy new world together. He’s a cheeky little boy already, he definitely takes after Daddy. We’re feeling so incredibly blessed and grateful to call him our son!”

Sarah has shared her pregnancy journey on social media, since they announced they were expecting back in August last year. “Remember that family we kept talking about? Well our dream has become a reality,” she wrote at the time.

The pair made no secret about wanting a family during their time on The Block – and we’re so thrilled their dreams have come true!
