  • i never really knew that much about magnesium before or the symptoms that your body tries to show you to let you know that this is needed.

  • Wow…I have every symptom you mentioned. The leg cramps keep me awake for hours.. I did try magnesium by new era they work amazingly fast on the cramps but they are no longer made. I’m off to the chemist today to get a mag supplement…thanks for the great advice
