  • Wow…I have every symptom you mentioned. The leg cramps keep me awake for hours.. I did try magnesium by new era they work amazingly fast on the cramps but they are no longer made. I’m off to the chemist today to get a mag supplement…thanks for the great advice

  • I was getting a lot of leg cramps and finally worked out I was lacking magnesium. I now take a magnesium supplement and the leg cramps have gone. :-)
