This is the first time I have come across this store name.

Good on them for making it easier for the majority to grab these bargains. I don’t need them, and there’s not a store near me, but good to know.

Some of the stuff Aldi sells is weird. Why would anyone want a Unicycle and why would you buy one at Aldi, every year when I see this one I shake my head.

Sounds good, the limited locations are an issue. Definitely agree that sports gear doesn’t belong in a primarily supermarket setting!

How wonderful that Decathlon is fighting back! Better gear at better prices – what more could anyone ask! Hope you get a lot more customers out of this stance.

There is a few places you can buy clothing etc, suitable for snow regions and cold frosty places. The quality is probably better too. Aldi’s products are made by manufacturers who put Aldi’s names on them buy they may be sub-standard.

Anaconda have a snow gear sale this week as well. Adult jackets are cheaper than Aldi.

I don’t know how strong a rival they can be with limited locations.

I’m not really in winter sport, so won’t visit either shops. But I do agree with Decathlon’s statement that sport’s gear doesn’t belong in a supermarket.

That’s awesome unfortunately we don’t have that shop here, so Aldi has to do
