For a little added disinfectant agent, you can make a paste out of baking soda and undiluted hydrogen peroxide. Pour a quarter cup of baking soda in a bowl and two tablespoons of vinegar or hydrogen peroxide and stir. You can balance the thickness of the paste by adding baking soda and add more liquid to thin it out. It is up to you and your personal preference. Use a scrubbing brush or toothbrush to clean. You can add a drop or two of your favourite essential oil for a little fragrance.

Water and vinegar
