Thanks for this tempting looking Oreo strawberry tart – my kind of sweet treat.

One of my favourites is crushed pineapple with a packet of pineapple or lemon jelly. put crushed pineapple in the base of a airtight container or individual containers, make the jelly as per the instructions on the packet and put over the fruit and refrigerate. If the weather is cool and you are going out for the day, in cool weather you can put individual containers in an esky airh icebricks of some type and have them as a snack or dessert with lunch. We usually take homemade sandwiches. That way you can find a parking spot and not have to rely on shops for food where the children can play for a few minutes if we have a definte desitnation Picnics are much more fun that takeaway or cafes.
