If you’re looking for a fun way to give your long weekend cocktail an Easter twist, then the Coogee Bay Hotel may have the answer. Combining the joy of chocolate with all the fun of a sweet alcoholic beverage, the hotel’s latest creation is guaranteed to give you the ultimate sugar rush!
The cocktail is the ultimate indulgence, reportedly taking inspiration from the ever popular Cadbury Creme Egg. Vanilla vodka, milk and cream are combined with sinful chocolate sauce and creme de cacao liqueur to form the base of the drink. A touch of Chambord is then added for a hint of raspberry. This ultra sweet and ultra delicious cocktail is then poured into a chocolate egg instead of traditional cocktail glass resulting in the perfect Easter-inspired long weekend treat! The incredible menu addition is set to be available from the April 18th for the duration of the long weekend and we are certain it will make an appearance on more than a few Instagram accounts…
