obviously either the driver doesn’t know the rules or doesn’t care. Did the girl’s mother see her daughter climb onto the outside of the vehicle.

Do hope she will be alright. Did she not want to go where she was dropped off? Guess we won’t know the answer to that fir a while.

Aw bless, hope and pray she makes a full recovery. Kids can do silly things, not knowing what the consequence could be.
