First look at Angelina's wedding dress!

It was the wedding we were all waiting for!

And now, the first photos of Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie’s wedding have been released in both People and Hello! magazines.

The always-gorgeous Angelina wore a custom made Atelier Versace gown and had her children’s colourful artwork sewn into her veil.

She also wore a gold locket in memory of her mother Marcheline Bertrand.

The intimate occasion, attended by just 20 family and friends, took place in France at the couple’s property, Chateaux Miraval.

Their six children Maddox, 13, Pax, 10, Zahara, 9, Shiloh, 8 and twins Vivienne and Knox,6, all played a role in the wedding, and even helped their parents with their vows.

“It was important to us that the day was relaxed and full of laughter,” the couple told People.

“It was such a special day to share with our children and a very happy time for our family”

a nice dress, though I wouldn’t of had the drawings on it, it sort of made it look cheap

I agree with another mum – the veil isn’t crash hot but the dress is lovely.

i am so impressed that they didn’t go for the massive expensive wedding. The suit was one Brad had in the cupboard and the dress, well, having the kids drawing embossed into the dress and veil was gorgeous. I also loved how the children were so involved in the wedding. The little one who carried the ring, how cute practicing with a cushion with stones.

Good on the both of them and I wish the lovely family of 8 all the happiness in the world. xxx dee

it is quite pretty, I just don’t understand the white for a wedding gown when you have kids and been living together for so long

Heard on the news tonight that the money (a lot) they were paid for the wedding photos is being donated to charity. Good on them, it’s a change to see celebrities with a social conscience.

Normally speaking I don’t really go much on Angelina Jolie, but one thing I will say is that her wedding dress was lovely on her and perfectly suited to her and I liked the fact that they didn’t make a spectacle of their wedding as some celebrity couple do and handle the event with decorum and grace.
