Mince is the go-to for family dinners for many families around Australia. It’s budget-friendly, and versatile. The options of meals you can make with mince are endless!

What’s for dinner? We hear this question so often, and it can be exhausting. The best way to beat the dinnertime blues if to have a bunch of recipes up your sleeves, and mince in the freezer. You can pull it out and turn it into a delicious dinner in no time.

Most of the recipes below us beef mince, but you can always switch it out for whatever mince you have on hand. Chicken mince is versatile and picks up flavours really well, especially if you’re cooking an Asian-inspired dish. Lamb is fattier, generally, and packed with flavour.
