What would you do if your 13 year old posted this online?

Willow Smith has posted a photo to her Instagram account with 20 year old actor Moises Arias – this normally would be nothing out of the ordinary… but these are taken in bed and Willow is only 13.

Will and Jada Pinkett-Smith’s parenting style has always been relaxed, the kids don’t have to clean their rooms and they regularly go on tour with their Dad instead of going to school, though are these images too far?

It does seem to be an innocent shot, she is wearing jeans and a top, but when it is taken on a bed with a shirtless guy 7 years older than her, things can appear to be a bit racier whether that was the intention or not.

Moises Arias posted the image himself though as soon as he realised the backlash it was creating he deleted it – not before fans had reposted many times (the power of social media huh!).

What do you think – innocent or something more? What would you do if your kids posted a photo like this when they were 13?

it does look innocent but they are fiends so you could say why is she hanging around older guys….

Oh dear, I wouldn’t be happy at all if something like this was posted, sure it might be innocent, but I don’t know, looks so wrong.

I can’t say that I would be too thrilled. I don’t know the context of the picture, but she’s thirteen.

Seriously? This picture looks like two friends hanging out the only reason some people are going nuts over it is the fact that she’s 13 with a 20 year old shirtless guy. It just looked like she got a bit tired and laid down for a bit and somebody snapped a photo of it. Would it be any different if he had a shirt on?

This was part of a larger photoshoot – they’ve just picked out one shot and made “news” over it.

this annoys me, is it right, is it wrong…

they have grown up together, and have a relationship like brother and sister, now if it was her biological brother, would this question have even been asked?

My child wouldnt be in this position at 13! I find it disgusting that her parents are ok with this? It makes me sad to see this is how our society is now- if its in the name of ‘art’ then its ok

I would not be happy, but that’s why I don’t have any social media accounts and they won’t either till they are adults and understand that the internet is forever.

it just looks wrong and a bit creepy.i know that her brother and other friends were also there but still.even the way they pose doesnt look right,

Its just a pic. In both shots they are obviously looking to someone else and she is fully clothed and not lying on top of the guy so I think fine. Publicity grab
