It’s times like this I wish I’d sent this note earlier … a few weeks earlier, a few months earlier … it doesn’t matter. 

My point is that it’s a little silly to wait all year to actually tell you something I wish for you always.

My list of what I wish for you could be as long as my arm … 

I could start at A and wish for you a ‘go get em’ ATTITUDE so that you may chase your dreams.

I could pass by D and wish for you the DETERMINATION to be the best Mum you can be.

I could pause at H and pray for HUGS & HAPPINESS for you.

L is where I’d stop and send all my LOVE to those who are hurting, mourning or struggling with this time of year.

I would definitely not miss P and wish for you a PEACEFUL holiday season and beyond.

and there’s no way I could skip by V because this wish would be for a VERY HAPPY HOLIDAY.

In fact, for every letter of the alphabet, I can pen a wish for you of peace, love or happiness.

I know it seems strange that I write this note.  Most of you I’ve never met. But I do want you to know that every MoM member is just so important to me and everyone in the MoM team.

Without you, Mouths of Mums would not be the fabulous community that it is. We’ve all come so far and we’ve got so much still to do.  And we are so excited that you’ll be here to share the ride with us.

So, it’s the holiday season.  For some of you that will mean Christmas with all the trimmings and for others, it will mean a lovely few days of rest and relaxation with your families.

Whatever this time of year means to you, everyone on the MoM team wishes you our very, very best.

We look forward to sharing 2016 with you and hope that it’s the year you really want it to be.

  • Nikki, I missed your comment as I was away before Christmas. Thank you for your sentiments. Were it not for you many Mums would be desperate for advise, and the opportunity to give advice to others, hopefully always helpful. I know I have received some very welcome advice.
