This looks really interesting. For myself we have adopted healthy eating in our home. Less added sugar and plenty of fruit and vegetable and nuts etc.. As a single parent I saw that our eating wasn’t very healthy. I believe healthy eating starts at home. Making it simple , means it’s more effective for us.

I am a diabetic – I live on no to low sugar anyway – too expensive – when I can see a dietian for free.
