This is a great project for leftover cotton. It doesn't take much at all and works up really quickly. You can embellish them wiyh flowers or buttons but I prefer not to as I remember how much my son used to love to chew on his dummy clips and I don't want the choking hazard.
Material
- 1 Dummy clip
- 1 Set snap buttons
- crochet cotton Only a small amount
Method
- Using 3mm knitting needles cast on 10 stitches
- Work k2 p2 rib for 25cm
- Cast off.
- Sew in ends and sew clip to one end and attach snap buttons to the other
- Both the snap buttons (kit complete with pliers) and dummy clips are really cheap on ebay.
