A well-known Victorian actor will face a Melbourne court today after he admitted he committed indecent acts with young boys.
Jeremey Kewley, 55, has pleaded guilty to about 20 offences, including indecent acts with a child under 16, indecent assault and making and possessing child pornography.
Mr Kewley was initially facing 131 charges, but this number has been reduced to 20 before he entered his guilty plea last year.
Out on bail since November last year, the majority of the abuse happened in 2011, when Mr Kewley lured teenage boys to his home under the pretence of auditions for a film role and then sexually assaulted them.
The Cheltenham actor has appeared across a range of Australian TV shows including Neighbours, Blue Heelers, Underbelly, Patrol Boat and Stingers.
