Lock him up and throw away the key. He should never be released, never be given parole or home detention. If he isn’t put in isolation the other prisoners may not take too kindly to his company. Raping a 4y.o. child is beyond contempt, but he indecently assaulted 3 children as well. THe indecent assaults may be found to be more serious than that. All of them are under age. I wonder if the Police have searched for photos.
