Blake's blossoming bump - Mouths of Mums

Blake Lively is certainly taking her pregnancy in her stride.

The gorgeous mum-to-be has shown off her blossoming baby bump at a gallery opening in New York over the weekend.

Posing with friend and former Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants co-star Amber Tamblyn, the 27-year-old actress shared this gorgeous photo on Instagram with the caption:

“What a wonderful night with @amberrosetamblyn and@travislouie at the opening of his new show in NYC. He is one of my favorite artists and a great father, husband and man! So grateful to know him”

The former Gossip Girl star announced earlier in the month that she and husband Ryan Reynolds were expecting their first child together, sharing this beautiful photo on her lifestyle website Preserve.

Since marrying in 2012, the couple have been focused on having children, with Ryan revealing to Details that he and his wife would “love to have a big family. We both come from big families- my parents did four. Blake’s did five.”

“A lot of people say it’s crazy,” he continued. “But we’ll only know when we’re there, you know? We’ll walk through that fire pretty happily I think.”

My first pregnancy was great, after the crappy first trimester. I loved being pregnant. My final trimester was through winter so I didn’t get swollen feet. My second pregnancy was through summer… boy did I swell! I felt so big and uncomfortable. When I finally gave birth I lost about ten kilos of fluid in the first week.

I’m so pleased there are groups like this with other mums to remind me not to feel bad that I’m not the only one who doesn’t ‘glow’ with pregnancy. Lucky her, she looks beautiful.

I was so sick for the entire 9 months and had to rely on medication to get me through. I’m always interested and love to watch people who just glow and have a wonderful pregnancy.
