Bonds have gone through the thousands of babies who entered the 2016 Bonds Baby Search to find the top five girls and boy names.

Another year over for the Bonds Baby Search. Meet one of the lucky winners here. Gorgeous little Parker, who won People’s choice winner in the 19 months – 3 years category.

As you can imagine Bonds see thousands of entries come through each year, with a great variety of baby names. Last year, it was Oliver and Ava who led the charge.

This year? They did it again!

Oliver has been the most popular boy’s name for four years in a row!

Bonds also shared are a few more fun facts about this year’s Search:

QUICK FUN FACTS FROM BABY SEARCH 2016:

  • In total, boy entrants were higher than girls
  • The most popular date of birth was 4th August
  • The highest number of entrants were born in October, followed closely by September
  • The most popular age category was 7 – 18 months, making up 50% of total entries

    It must be so hard picking a winner, I’ve seen so many adorable photos appearing on social media asking for votes.
    Lovely list of top baby names also.
    It’s nice seeing some of the traditional names making a comeback.

  • Ive always liked the name Oliver and Olive – can’t use those as friends children have those names
