If you can’t decide between a cheeky cocktail or a cheeky ice-cream, why not have both?!

Ben & Jerry’s is revealing some of the most delectable cocktails we have ever laid our peepers on, and you can learn how to make these magical drinks too!

As part of Vivid Sydney, Ben & Jerry’s is hosting a unique cocktail mixing class, and it’s all for a great cause.

In collaboration with Plate It Forward, you can learn how to whip up (and taste!) Ben & Jerry’s signature cocktails, with a VIP view of Vivid. And every ticket sold will help provide 10 meals for locals who need a feed.

Here’s everything you need to know:

WHAT: Learn and enjoy Ben & Jerry’s signature cocktail with a VIP view of VIVID

WHEN: 6pm on Thursday 16 June and Friday 17 June

WHERE: Plate It Forward, Level 2/2-10 Darling Dr, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia

Ben & Jerrys cocktails

You’ll get a drink on arrival, an hour-long guided cocktail class, some Ben & Jerry’s ice cream (of course!), a good bag and a VIP view of the Darling Harbour light show.

Just another event that doesn’t include Western Australia. Certainly not something I’ll miss but it’s good to see some of the profits will go towards providing some needy people with a free meal

Their ice cream is so expensive and it’s not even a premium ice-cream. You can get better flavours and combinations from other brands. The price of cocktails would probably hit $30 a drink.

This sounds exciting! Supporting vivid sydney, learning a new skill and getting a boozy ce cream. I happened to try a boozy hot chocolate last night to see vivid, might try this as well as there is still a week left.
