ANOTHER bomb scare has occurred.  This time at Mount Gravatt State High School in Brisbane.

Students are reporting that a dozen police officers were in attendance at school in response to the call to emergency services.

Students were sent to the oval about 10.30am and returned to the classrooms an hour later.

“A teacher came into class and said you need to go to the oval and evacuate and then we got told it was a bomb scare,” one student said.

A statement on the Mount Gravatt State High School website says the school received a threatening phone call.

“We immediately contacted police and evacuated the school,” the statement reads.

A police spokesman said inquiries were continuing into the incident.
