Kim Kardashian has the internet talking again with a recent shot that she posted to her Instagram account. The image was intended to fight off critics who have accused her of using a surrogate, though she is not the first celebrity to share an image of her pregnant body.

Be it to fight off critics or simply to share the love for their pregnancy we LOVE seeing a beautiful round pregnant belly – no matter what shape or size it is, every pregnancy is something magical.
