RECALL issued for Quality Bakers Australia Various Bread Rolls.

NSW food authority have issued a recall for, Quality Bakers Australia Pty Limited multiple bread roll products from Coles, Woolworths, Metcash/IGA, corner stores and food service outlets in NSW and ACT due to the potential presence of foreign matter (metal pieces).

• Hamburger Jumbo 5″ P12 Bulk, plastic film
• UB White Round Batch Roll P6, plastic film
• UB White SD SUB P6, plastic film
• UB White SD Round Roll 4″ P6, plastic film
• UB White Hot Dog Roll 7″ P6, plastic film

This recall is the result of the potential presence of foreign matter (metal pieces) which may cause injury if consumed. Consumers should not eat this product. If you are concerned about your health you should seek medical advice.

  • I bought some rolls from coles the other day, they were freshly baked though. So I hope they were okay??

  • Thank you for posting this recall. The majority of people eat bread of some type, perhaps not quite so many eat rolls Some people may have bought and frozen some. I hope they remember to check them.
    It shouldn’t happened at all. Thankfully it is not Australia wide.

  • Sooo pleased the MOM Team put this recall up on the site. I was very concerned for the well being of moms on here.
    This is quite worrying and I do pray that no one suffers any harm.
