Hello!

I think I’ve found my ultimate dream job….and it involves eating lots and lots of garlic bread – yum!

Pizza takeaway chain Domino’s has published a job ad on LinkedIn that advertises the most delicious role. It involves spending a day at its Australian headquarters in Brisbane and getting paid to eat garlic bread.

“We are expecting a lot of interest especially given it’s open to anyone in Australia and includes domestic flights to and from Domino’s HQ,” Michael Treacy, Domino’s culinary innovation and development chef said.

“This is a paid position and a rare opportunity to go behind the scenes of Domino’s innovative food development process and get a sneak peek at some of the exciting new menu items on the horizon,” Mr. Treacy said.

What A lot Of Dough To Eat Bread!

The successful candidate will get to taste ‘top-secret’ products, while getting paid $30 an hour for a total of 7.5 hours. In addition, a slap-up pizza lunch will be thrown in too, as reported in news.com.au.

The main criteria of the prospective taster are that they must understand the perfect “crunch to softness” ratio, love carbs and be passionate about food, innovation and having fun.

In addition, they also need to be an experienced garlic bread lover, having eaten it for over 5 years.

Dominos Garlic Bread Taster role description

Serious Stuff!

Garlic bread is one of the most popular items on the Domino’s menu.

Last year, the pizza chain sold almost 42,000 garlic breads on National Garlic Day in Australia alone.

So Domino’s is very serious about finding the secret to ultimate garlicky goodness.

How To Apply!

In order to be in the running for this crusty role, all you need to do is fill in a survey and submit either a 30-second video or 200 words on why they should be Domino’s chief garlic bread taste tester.
