Puppy named “Kid!” The daytime host announced the happy news on her show stating: “I have not talked about this yet, but we have a new puppy. Portia and I got a puppy and his name is Kid so now we have a kid. Yep. I mean, he is absolutely adorable.”

Although he’s a ball of fun, what isn’t fun is her new sleep schedule. “I’ll tell you, what’s not cute is to wake up at 11 and 1 and 3 and 5,” she told the audience. “And then 5 is when he’s up, up.”

“It really makes me appreciate what it’s like to be a mother, because, like, I’m trying to hold a puppy while I’m trying to make coffee. And I can’t do anything. He doesn’t let me do anything.” She also joked, “I named him Kid because, you know, people, there have been rumors forever, ‘When are you and Portia going to have a kid?’ So now I can say we have a Kid!”

Adopting animals from rescues is the way to go. I am glad they are so passionate about saving animals and animal rights.

When I read this I thought they had got a baby goat (a kid) but a puppy called Kid is much more delightful ..hope this puts an end to rude and nosey folk and wishing you both many years of happiness. 🙂

A misleading headline. Why does everything have to be sensationalised.
Young puppies need more toilet trips. They don’t have the ability of skill to “hang on” for hours.
In the early stages they could need extra meals too.
At least it won’t need 12 years schooling

Well she can now say yes to people asking. People have never said what type, I actually thought when I saw the headline she might have gotten a baby goat. Have fun yes they are like children and will always need that attention too.
